The Desert Storm event is a variation of the Winter Storm event. A maximum of 20 people can participate. If the number of participants is not reached, there are ten substitutes. However, these can only enter the game once the event has started. The aim of the game, which lasts 30 minutes, is to score as many points as possible. To do this, you have to occupy buildings that score different points. At the beginning of the game, you take a position in the safe zone. You cannot be attacked in this zone and opponents cannot teleport into it. You will also be transported back to this zone if you are killed during the event. As soon as the game starts, teleport to a building and try to occupy it by either sending a garrison into it or, if it is occupied by the enemy, attacking it. Teleporting is free and after a 2-minute cooldown, you can teleport again.

There are three buildings that are only unlocked after 10 minutes. The most important building is the nuclear silo. It is located in the middle of the playing field and is initially protected by a shield and can only be captured after 10 minutes. The Mercenary Factory and the Arsenal are also only open after 10 minutes. The four small field hospitals are some of the most important buildings. They can greatly accelerate the healing of soldiers injured in the desert storm event. The Information Center is also important as it halves the cooldown time on the teleport refresh to 1 minute.

Tip: Once you have occupied a building and there are no enemies in sight, take your troops out of the building and teleport to another location to help. The building does not need to be occupied by troops to generate points for the alliance. However, keep an eye on it, because as soon as it is captured by your opponent, it will fall to the opposing alliance, as there are no reinforcements in the building. You can garrison buildings with all of your troops. But remember that this leaves you completely unprotected and makes you an easy target for opponents. Therefore, it makes sense to only reinforce a building with a weaker team. You should use your strongest team for attacks on buildings and opponents or as protection against attacks on your base. After 3-5 successful attacks on your base (it is on fire), you will be transported back to the safe zone. Also, don't forget to place your troops back in the wall to have protection against attacks.

Use the Desert Storm event as preparation for the Capitol War to test yourselves there. If the Desert Storm event is won, each participant will receive individual rewards and the alliance will also receive rewards for all members.

Participating in the Desert Storm event will not have any negative effects on your soldiers. After the event, they will all be miraculously healed and immediately available for use again. During the event, you will automatically receive a shield to protect you from attacks in the main game. The shield has a follow-up time of 20 minutes and will automatically end.
