Capital Positions

Capital Positions come with some great buffs to speed things along in your game. There are 7 potential positions. President will most likely not be held by any of us in the near future so don't worry about that one.

1. President (Prez)

   1. Boosts Hero HP +5%

   2. Boosts Hero Attack +5%

   3. Boosts Hero Defense +5%

2. Vice President (VP)

   1. Can appoint officials

   2. Construction Speed-up +20%

   3. Research Speed +20%

   4. Training Speed +10%

3. Secretary of Strategy

   1. Hospital's Capacity +20%

   2. Unit Healing Rate +20%

4. Secretary of Security

   1. Unit Training Cap +20%

   2. Training Speed +20%

5. Secretary of Development

   1. Construction Speed-up +50%

   2. Research Speed +25%

6. Secretary of Science

   1. Research Speed +50%

   2. Construction Speed-up 25%

7. Secretary of Interior

   1. Boost Food Output +100%

   2. Boost Iron Output +100%

   3. Increase Coin Production +100%

When you apply and receive the capital title buff you chose, you will have the buffs for 5 minutes. Here is an easy explanation of how to apply for a capital position:

Step 1. Go to the Capital Title screen by clicking on your profile (top left), then click on #1006 button.

Step 2. Click on the position you would like to apply for and then click on apply. You will see "Your application was successful." text where the apply button was located. You can check your position in the approval list.

Step 3. Once the VP approves your application, you will see your name in the Auto-Appointment list. Note your estimated appointment time and set an alarm if you go offline during your wait. If you are confused by the server time shown and want to change it to local, you can click the blue arrows button in the top right of the capital titles overview screen. You will have your position for 5 minutes minimum, so be productive!

Never cancel your position or leave the auto-appointment list, as this will change the appointment times of the people behind you on the list and could cause them to miss their appointments. You can leave the application list if you are still awaiting approval.

Step 4. Go apply and enjoy those buffs!
